Hank Boughner joined Dynamo Software as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in late 2017. As the company’s CEO, he leads its management team and defines its vision and long-term strategy. Prior to joining Dynamo, Hank was the President of Global Solutions for Global Payments Inc., one of the world’s leading payment companies.
Hank has more than twenty years of business, investment and transaction experience within growth markets including technology, tech-enabled services, and financial technology/services.
Gregor Morela
CFO
Gregor serves as Dynamo Software’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for the company’s global finance and accounting operations. Gregor ensures optimal operational and financial strategies for the company, driving continual system and process improvements, governance, and risk management.
Gregor has over 20 years of successful finance and operations experience. Born and raised in Slovenia, he began his career in public accounting with PwC and has held various senior finance executive positions for a number of public and private equity backed businesses in payments, software and technology, including an IPO for a $300M software company on the Nasdaq. Most recently, Gregor was the CFO for Smartlinx, a SaaS workforce management and human capital management platform. where he was instrumental in driving top line revenue and scaling financial operations, leading to realization of value through a sale to Lone View Capital. Gregor also was CFO of 2Checkout, a Francisco Partners’ portfolio company acquired by Verifone.
Gregor is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia with a major in Economics.
Krassen Draganov
Founder & Chief Product Officer
Krassen Draganov co-founded Dynamo Software, formerly known as Netage Solutions, in 1998. As the company’s Chief Product Officer, he leads product development and is the visionary behind improvements to the Dynamo platform. In the three years prior to Dynamo, Krassen was the Technology Director at Summit Partners, a leading global private equity and venture capital firm with a capital base in excess of $5 billion and offices in Boston, Palo Alto, and London. Prior to Summit, Krassen ran a desktop publishing company he founded in 1991.
Arie Oustinoff
Chief Revenue Officer
Arie Oustinoff joined Dynamo Software in 2016, following his tenure at SmartBear Software, where he served as the Director of Sales. While at SmartBear, Arie led global sales, growing the business from $2.5M to $25M+ over 4 years. As Dynamo’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Arie leverages his 10+ years of experience building and leading high performance sales teams.
Arie graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Management.
Kevin White
Head of Client Services
Kevin White joined Dynamo Software in 2005 after his tenure at Sungard Data Systems, during which he held various roles in Client Relations including Sr. Account Manager and Client Services Manager. In his role as the Managing Director of Client Relations at Dynamo, Kevin leverages his 25+ years of serving clients in the technology industry while overseeing the entire client experience from Implementation, through Support and Relationship Management. He is responsible for client satisfaction and loyalty while striving to optimize the value of our clients’ investment in Dynamo’s services and products.
Kevin graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Sociology.
Gerald Lilly
CTO
Gerald Lilly is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Dynamo Software. Gerald is responsible for Dynamo’s FinTech strategy, security, engineering, and integration. In this role, he leads the development of differentiated FinTech and innovation related to Dynamo’s cloud-based software platform, as well as the company’s offerings for the global alternative investments ecosystem.
Prior to joining Dynamo, Gerald served as CTO at Charles River Development (CRD), a premier provider of an enterprise-level investment management platform. Since joining CRD in 2004 as a Principal Software Engineer, he helped drive the commercial success of the platform, including working side-by-side with the CRD founder and senior management team as they scaled the business over the past several decades. Gerald was a core member of the senior team that drove Charles River’s market success with institutional customers, culminating in CRD’s acquisition by State Street in 2018 for $2.6 billion. Over his 18 years with CRD, Gerald led teams and directed initiatives in all areas of software engineering. Prior to CRD, he served in design and development roles at OneSource and Microsoft.
Gerald holds a BSCHE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Angelina Benham-Hermetz
Head of EMEA
Angelina Benham-Hermetz joined Dynamo Software, Inc. in 2015 to lead the company’s London-based operations. As the Director of European Operations, Angelina leverages her decade-plus of alternative asset-specific Fintech experience to expand Dynamo’s footprint in the EMEA region.
She has previously served in a senior consulting role for eFront Ltd., as well as SS&C’s Director of EMEA Operations and TheNextRound Inc.’s Director of Client Services.
Angelina graduated from Brandeis University in 2005 with a MA in International Economics and Finance.
Nield Montgomery
Managing Director
Nield Montgomery joined Dynamo Software in 2018, after the company acquired Q-Biz Solutions, and leads software development and implementation. He had been with Q-Biz since 2009. Nield brings over 22 years of private equity experience as both a technology-focused service provider and internal manager.
Immediately prior to joining Q-Biz, he owned PE Data Services, a successful consulting practice focused on product implementation and report-writing for private equity firms. During his tenure at Q-Biz he led software implementations for firms such as Thomas Weisel Partners, Charles River Ventures, Austin Ventures, Wasserstein & Co., and Skadden Arps. Previously, Nield held various roles from product manager to COO for Analytx, Inc. and served as Assistant Controller for Weiss, Peck and Greer Venture Partners.
Nield holds an accounting degree from Assumption College.
Donna Parent
CMO
Donna Parent is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Dynamo Software. Donna is responsible for the corporate brand, demand generation strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for promoting Dynamo’s end-to-end cloud-based platform to the alternatives ecosystem. She is focused on fueling lifelong relationships with consumers, businesses, and strategic partners.
Donna is a high-energy marketer with proven experience leading value-added integrated programs designed to accelerate the trajectory of fast-paced, growing businesses. Prior to joining Dynamo, Donna was CMO of Sontiq, a company acquired by TransUnion. She initially joined the company under the IdentityForce brand in 2016, and managed a holistic re-brand strategy as the company continued to acquire new products, which eventually led to a $638 million acquisition by TransUnion. Donna has held several senior marketing positions at emerging software vendors spanning application performance monitoring, real-time business intelligence solutions for SOAs, and online intelligence applications for monitoring business activity through open Internet resources.
Donna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Massachusetts Boston and was a Chancellor’s Award recipient. Donna was recognized as a 2019 Stevie Award recipient as part of the Woman of the Year in Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations program. She has been interviewed about her view of Marketing and her approach to leadership in MarTech.
Matthew Arnould
General Counsel
Matthew Arnould is the General Counsel at Dynamo Software. Matt is responsible for overseeing and identifying the legal issues throughout all of Dynamo’s business units, while also being responsible for corporate governance and business policy. Matt is a seasoned legal and business advisor with strong financial acumen.
Most recently, Matt served as the first General Counsel of a $10 billion asset manager where he managed the firm’s legal and regulatory departments and worked across all core business functions. Prior to that, he practiced at top law firms, including Ropes & Gray and Choate Hall & Stewart, where he advised technology companies, asset managers, and other businesses. Additionally, he possesses a comprehensive understanding on the defense and resolution of complex commercial and business litigation. He launched his career helping a health care system design and implement enterprise-level software systems.
Matt received an A.B. from Middlebury College, studied on the General Course at the London School of Economics, and received a J.D., cum laude with honors, from Northwestern Law. He has previously earned recognition as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Peter Christodoulo

Peter Christodoulo is a Partner with Francisco Partners and focuses on investments in the application software and financial technology sectors.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2008, Peter was an Associate with Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston. Earlier in his career, Peter was an Analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group of Credit Suisse Securities in New York and involved in several startup companies.
Peter currently serves on the board of directors of Allston Trading, Betterment, Dynamo, NMI, PayScale, and Verifone, and is also involved in FP’s investments in Eventbrite, GAINSystems, NextCapital, Paysafe, Prosper Marketplace and Renaissance. He previously served on the boards of 2Checkout, eFront, PayLease, Paymetric, Paysafe, Renaissance and SmartFocus and was involved in FP investments in Capsilon and City Index.
Vincent Letteri
Sr. Managing Director, Blackstone Growth - San Francisco
Vincent E. Letteri is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone’s Growth Equity Business, which is focused on providing capital to companies seeking to manage the execution risks associated with high growth environments. Mr. Letteri is focused on Blackstone’s Growth efforts in the San Francisco office, and is Chairman of the Blackstone Growth Portfolio Management Committee. He is also a Member of the Blackstone Growth Investment Committee, and the Head of Financial Services for Blackstone Growth.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2020, Mr. Letteri spent thirteen years at KKR and he was a founding member of their Next Generation Technology (NGT) Fund, where he played a lead investment role. Before that, Mr. Letteri was part of KKR Capstone where he worked across a number of KKR portfolio companies. Mr. Letteri spent several years in Hong Kong assisting in the development of KKR Capstone’s Asia operations. He also led KKR’s ESG -focused Green Portfolio Program for the region.
Before joining KKR, Mr. Letteri worked as a Business Development Manager for Nike helping to lead and grow Nike’s online business. He also worked for McKinsey & Company in Boston where he focused on private equity, technology, and consumer goods companies.
Mr. Letteri holds a BA with Honors in Economics from Harvard College where he received the John Harvard, Harvard Club and Harvard College scholarships for outstanding academic achievement. He holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Letteri is a Board Member at ISN Software and a National Board Member of Citizen Schools.
Jonathan Murphy
Managing Director, Blackstone Growth, Private Equity - London
Jonathan Murphy joined Blackstone in 2021 and is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group, based in London. Mr. Murphy focuses on investments in the Technology and Financial Technology industries.
Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Murphy spent over eight years at Francisco Partners, a US based private equity fund that focuses on investments in the technology industry. While at Francisco Partners, Mr. Murphy was involved in the firm’s investments in Civitas Learning, Dynamo Software, eFront, Lucidworks and Operative. Prior to this, Mr. Murphy worked at CPPIB in the Direct Investment Group and Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Murphy received a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin where he graduated with First Class Honors. He currently sits on the boards of Dynamo Software and Paysafe.
Anders Mikkelsen
Vice President, Francisco Partners
Anders Mikkelsen is a Vice President at Francisco Partners. He is based in San Francisco and joined the firm in 2017. Anders serves on the Board of Directors at BARBRI, bswift, Dynamo, MyFitnessPal and Orchard Software.
Anders has a B.A. from Stanford University.
He previously worked at Credit Suisse.
