Registrations and Payments Policy

 

Registrations

 

You can register for the Dynamo University conference organized by Dynamo Software on October 12th and 13th Dynamo University by:

Fees

 

The fees due for participation in the Dynamo University are:

  • Regular fee (for registrations on or after July 15th, 2017) – $799;
  • Early Bird (for registrations before July 15th, 2017) – $599.

Dynamo Software has engaged Eventbrite to process payment for all registrants.

Sold Out Conference

 

The Dynamo Conference may sell out at any time. Customers are responsible for purchasing their conference tickets via Eventbrite in a timely manner.

Ticket Transfers

 

Tickets may be transferred among attendees from the same organization with the assistance of the conference organization team. Please contact mark@dynamosoftware.com to do so.

Cancellation by Attendee

 

If you cancel by August 1, 2016, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after that date but it will be possible to have the tickets transferred to other representatives of the same organization instead of cancelled.

Cancellation by Dynamo Software

 

In the event of cancellation of the Conference by Dynamo Software, Dynamo Software will refund the full registration fee. Dynamo Software is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other associated costs.

Terms & Conditions

 

By registering for the Dynamo Conference, you (“Attendee” and together with all other registrants “Attendees”) accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Rules, Regulations & Attendee Conduct

 

Attendee agrees to abide by all fire, safety, and health regulations applicable for the location where the conference is held. Attendee must comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and ordinances, as well as Dynamo Software policies and procedures as set forth below or as may be provided or explained to Attendee. Further, Attendee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dynamo Software, the organization providing or managing the facility where the conference is being held, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents against all third-party claims, losses, or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or connected to Attendee’s breach of such rules.

Modification of the Conference Program

 

Dynamo Software reserves the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only. Sessions may become full to capacity, and Dynamo Software shall have no liability to Attendees who are unable to attend a full session.

No Liability

 

Dynamo Software will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by Attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events.

Release

 

From time to time, Dynamo Software uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Dynamo Software, by virtue of their attendance, all conference visitors agree to the use of their likeness in such materials.

Photography or Recording; Usage of Conference Information and Attendees’ Information

 

Video recordings by Attendees are not permitted without the prior written consent of Dynamo Software. All information learned or observed by Attendee in relation to the Conference, including but not limited to keynote speeches, session presentations, and names or company names of other Attendees (“Conference Information”), is for Attendees’ personal use or internal business purposes only. Attendees may not publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available any Conference Information without receiving prior written consent from Dynamo Software.

Attendee acknowledges that Dynamo Software intends to photograph, audio record, and/or audio visually record some sessions and other activities at the Dynamo Conference. Dynamo Software may make use of such photographs and recordings including creating, distributing, and transmitting copies of them, and/or promotional or advertising uses, without restriction of media. If you do not wish to be photographed, audio recorded, and/or audio visually recorded, please feel free to excuse yourself from any potential photographs and recordings during the Dynamo Conference.

All Dynamo Conference registrants will be included in a participant directory that will include first and last names, company name and email address (“Attendees’ Information”) and will be available to other Attendees. The participant directory is intended for networking purposes only. It is not to be used to market unsolicited products or services to Dynamo Conference participants, and Dynamo Software does not sell its registration list to outside groups. To opt-out of this directory, please e-mail your request to conference organization team (mark@dynamosoftware.com).

Governing Law; Resolution of Disputes

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts without reference to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction and any disputes regarding these terms and conditions should be solved in amicable manner through negotiation and where this is not possible, by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures.
