Fully Integrated Commercial API, Streamlined Secure Access, and Comprehensive Application Performance Enhancements Announced
WATERTOWN, MA – Dynamo Software, Inc. today announced the newest release of the company’s flagship Dynamo™ alternative investment software platform, Dynamo™ v7.0. Notable new features include a comprehensively enhanced new front end, formal web API, and enhanced single sign on capabilities.
“The release of Dynamo v7.0 includes a roster of enhancements that we expect to fundamentally improve the ways in which our users leverage Dynamo on a day-to-day basis,” commented Krassen Draganov, Dynamo Software’s CEO. “We anticipate this release to streamline our user experience, and set the standard for industry-specific software solutions.”
The Dynamo™ web API provides publicly defined methods to synchronize data between Dynamo™ and other external applications. “By documenting and releasing a commercial-grade public API, our users will have a seamless experience in accessing and manipulating their investment data within Dynamo, in addition to partnering Dynamo with other investment management software applications,” stated Chris Georgiev, Dynamo Software’s CTO. “Dynamo users can now have a single-solution experience, or leverage consolidated and accurate data across all of their applications.”
The Dynamo™ front-end enhancements provide immediate improvements to application performance, data access, and Dynamo Software’s internal software development and release capabilities. “By redeveloping the front end, we’ve been able to retain all the high-impact features of prior Dynamo versions, while also future-proofing our technology to ensure consistently strong application performance,” noted Steve Tobio, Dynamo Software’s Director of Research and Development. “Dynamo’s configurable nature has enabled us to open up new user experiences, starting with a beta program for an entirely revamped and configurable graphic user interface.”
Dynamo™ v7.0 includes a volume of new reports that align with ILPA requirements to address the evolving needs of the investor-led group. “As we continue to invest in improving the exchange of data between general partners and limited partners, ingraining ILPA requirements across Dynamo reporting can solve the challenge faced by our clients,” shared Kevin White, Dynamo Software’s Managing Director of Client Services. “Given our unique position in serving both general and limited partners, we want to be at the center in improving how the two client bases cooperate with one another.”
