Netage Achieves the 300-Client Milestone

Netage was proud to announce the adoption of Dynamo™ by over 300 global alternative asset firms in 2014. This wholly organic growth landmark, reached over the course of the company’s seventeen-year history, was the direct result of the hard work of all our teams in Boston and Europe guided by the continuous insightful feedback from our clients in every investment vertical.

New clients this year added to Dynamo’s™ diverse user base included prominent university endowments, several multi-billion dollar hedge funds, and impact venture capital investment firms.

Dynamo™ 6 Evolves with Three New Releases

The Netage product development team released three new updates to the Dynamo™ platform offering substantial new functionality for both general and limited partners alike.

Dynamo™ v6.9 provided clients with enhanced data visualization through enhanced OLAP reporting, and chart features that enabled users to present granular data in a compelling format. The DynaMobile™ application was also officially brought to the Android® platform in this release; ensuring clients would be able to access Dynamo™ from any platform and location.

The Dynamo™ v6.10 release was a major step forward in evolving Dynamo’s™ data integration capabilities, as users became able to synchronize external data sets into the platform, and aggregate investor reporting from investor reporting portals. Dynamo™ v6.10 further improved communications workflow with a stronger Mail Merge functionality. Users can now run multiple instances of the Mail Merge tool simultaneously, as well as save and print specific recipient lists. Firms can also distribute merge letters to specific investor accounts, based on their status in the respective fund.

The product team closed 2014 with Dynamo™ v6.11, which focused on expanding the portfolio tracking capabilities of Netage’s clients. Users were empowered to leverage Dynamo™ for calculating realized and unrealized calculations automatically, as well as automate buy and sell transactions within both domestic and foreign markets. Firms with comprehensive compliance processes and relationships with limited partners benefited from secure submission forms via the Dynamo™ Investor Portal. Additionally, this release marked comprehensive third-party data integrations.

The Netage Team Upgrades to a New Office Space

The Netage US office grew its presence in the Boston metro area’s thriving technology industry by relocating to the RiverWorks complex at 480 Pleasant Street in Watertown, Massachusetts. Netage’s dedication to providing a welcoming, stimulating, and collaborative environment has already yielded dividends, as the company hired new experienced technology leaders in 2014.

New Peaks Reached in Client Satisfaction

Netage Solutions is proud to announce that the company experienced its lowest client turnover in company history in 2014, through the exceptional work of our client service team. An annual survey that was delivered to the complete client base this year revealed that Netage achieved over 95% client satisfaction with the implementation of Netage’s Dynamo™ product suite in the most recent annual companywide client survey, and over 98% agreed that they trusted Netage’s leadership and personnel to behave with fairness and integrity.

Recognition from leading financial IT networks further validated Netage’s reputation for industry-leading client service, as bobsguide and PaymentEye nominated Netage for Best Project Implementation Team in the first annual Fintech Innovation Awards.

Unprecedented Awards Recognition

The growth of the both the Dynamo™ platform, and Netage Solutions as a premier technology vendor for the alternative asset investment firms, was further endorsed by honors from renowned industry publications in three distinct industry verticals.

>Family Office Review, an online publication that has provided insightful global coverage and analysis of critical issues impacting family wealth investment for over sixteen years, recognized Netage’s client services team with the Excellence in Specialty Services award at the 3rd annual Family Office Review Awards on June 5th, 2014.

Commercial Property Executive, an essential source of news and analysis for the real estate investment community, recognized the Dynamo™ platform for Asset Management, Financial Analysis and Document Management in the publication’s 2014 Tops in Technology Awards. This annual award honors technology firms that “stand out for their ability to provide flexible customization, competitive pricing and the most innovative solutions, all backed by superior customer support.”

The Dynamo™ Investor Portal was named Online Reporting System of the Year – USA in the 2014 Acquisition International M&A Awards, which honor expertise and exceptional service in deal management, through nominations by clients and peers.

Netage’s extraordinary recognition by industry opinion leaders has already extended into the New Year. Beyond the client services team’s nomination from bobsguide, Netage was shortlisted in four categories in the 2015 HFM US Technology Awards, presented by industry-leading hedge fund publication HFMTechnology, receiving a Judge’s Commendation for the Dynamo™ CRM, and is a finalist for Best CRM System in the 2015 Family Wealth Report Awards, which honor best-in-class providers in wealth management.

Dynamo™ was also named Best Hedge Fund CRM Software – USA in the 2015 Acquisition International Hedge Fund Awards.

The launch of the new Netage Solutions website is the first step of an ambitious growth strategy planned for the next twelve months.
