Dynamo Workshops – Dynamo Software hosts a series of regional events where clients can receive in-person training on Dynamo features, share product tips and best practices from their own experiences, and network with peers in the alternative investment industry.
Client Roundtables – The product and service teams host client luncheons throughout the year in multiple major cities, in order for clients to receive a personalized update on Dynamo Software’s strategic direction, as well as discuss changing business needs in their respective markets. This feedback helps shape the company’s product roadmap, including which features are added in future releases.
Free Client Webinars – Dynamo Software offers monthly webinars that are designed to help clients maximize the benefits from their Dynamo™ deployment. Topics for these online sessions are driven primarily by client needs and requests. Past subjects include “Customizing your Dynamo Workspace”, “Using Dynamo with Outlook”, and “Investor Transactions and Balances”. All past webinars are also stored on a dedicated video platform that is only accessible to current clients.
Dynamo University – Dynamo Software’s annual client-only educational conference. Dynamo users have an opportunity to learn how their peers use the Dynamo platform, receive tips and tricks from the product experts at Dynamo Software, spend one-on-one time with a configuration specialist to help you understand how to administer your Dynamo application, and network with fellow users.
