“Pura Vida” Initiative Designed to Reward Outstanding Technology Professionals
SOFIA – Dynamo Software, a leading provider of Cloud-based investment management software for the alternative investment industry, has announced the creation of a “beach office” in Costa Rica, which can be used by product development staff at regular intervals throughout the year in recognition of their excellent work. An initial group of top-performing development team members will begin use of the office between March 18th and April 4th.
Dynamo Software leadership conceived the initiative following a visit to Costa Rica earlier in the year. “We live in a rapidly evolving world, and technology allows us an unprecedented level of freedom in how we can shape our work environment,” stated Dynamo Software President Dilian Pavlov. “Dynamo Software wants to dispel the cliché that working in the financial technology sector means simply writing code from a desk for sixty hours a week. We want our developers to receive quality life experiences in addition to a rewarding career.”
“Recent press coverage that validated our product as an innovative software solution is a testimonial to the hard work of our development team’s proficiency in delivering superior complex solutions,” praised Chris Georgiev, CTO of Dynamo Software. “We’re continuously diversifying the ways in which we incentivize and retain top developers without needing to cut through the red tape inherent in larger organizations which prevents offering unique benefits beyond the standard company car.”
